Hi my kid is 18 months old .today I was feeding him mutton piece .he was chewing it later he took something out as it was not tasting good to my suprise it was actually a fly ....I am worried because he was chewing it and it has dies so will it cause any infection or poison or food poisoning etc ?plz help ...2)Also yesterday he was playing with otrivin nasal drops I was busy with work and kid was with in-laws when I saw I has kept the otrivin bottle in mouth the cap was opened so I guess he had swallowed the otrivin drops I don't know how much quantity will this cause anything?he is active but from morning getting loose motion sticky 3-4 times from morning till now is there anything to worry ..plz and two questions thank you so much

Nothing alarming at this stage. As regards loose stool you need to replace with ors every time he passes stool. You have to give 50 to 100 ml of ors every time. Give normal diet. Be vigilant. At this age accident are very common, take extra measures.

Accidental ingestion of fly or otrivin drops not much to worry..watch out for fever and watery motions and dull activity..until these r not there dont worry
