18 months old toddler
Hello doc, my 18 months old girl got a minor cut in palm .I hv no idea when did it happen might me either yesterday or today morning also I am clueless  from which object she got the cut ..she got last teatnus vaccine at 14 weeks ...her 16-18 months vaccine for teatnus is due on 19th April ...what should I do ? What is the time duration for teatnus shot after a cut ?

After 3 doses or more of TT containing vaccine, tetanus vaccine needed if 5yrs since last dose in infected wounds.
Next Steps
So she's protected as its not 5yrs since her 3rd dose of DPT. Assuming that she got the 3 doses of DwPT or DaPT

You can take 16-18 months tetanus containing booster immediately.  It would help.
