Fluoride mouthrinse
I am currently fluoride mouthrinse to strengthen my teeth enamel and to prevent from cavities, my dentist also said fluoride mouthrinse able to protect my teeth. Does it help?

Fluoride reduces the chances of caries but does not completly eliminates it. So its better to keep a good oral hygiene and regular dental check up are also adviced.

Yes fluoride is an anti caries agent.it will definitely help.But you should brush properly and floss to prevent caries.
