Dental enamel eroded on front teeth
Enamel eroded on my teeth. Once I went through plock remival. From that time my teeth became thin only front teeth day by day my teeth getting thin what should I do now. I don't want to go capping I want some natural tencniqs

Kindly visit physician if you have gastritis stop carbonated juices like pepsi and coke also reduce lemon tamerind rich food and alcohol along with proper brushing technic and soft brush may help you

Teeth wear with age but you are just 25 year old. So it must be faulty brushing technique responsible for enamel wear. Start using soft tooth brush use paste with minimal abrasive agent. Dont use tooth powder as abrasive content is h8gh in them.
