Fluctuations in sugar levels
I'm diabetic. My HBA1C has been 6.5, 7, 7.5 and now 7.2. I have been noticing for the last three four days that my fasting is around 180-188 .After bfast it is around 129-144. Today , fasting was 188, after bfast 144 and two hours after lunch was 284 ( this is the highest number since I had diabetes in 2016) I am an active person. I make sure to walk for 40 mins daily. I eat consciously. I'm unable to understand this variation. Thank you.

Sugars fluctuate with stress, meals : it’s content as well as timings, infections and certain medications such as cough syrup, changes in diabetes meds, changes in type of exercise( cardio vs weights) . Your fasting sugars and post lunch sugars seem to be above target .
