Flu or something more?
This is day four of having a fever. I also have severe body aches, muscle weakness and overall weakness and fatigue. Headache, eye pain and swelling and sensitivity to light. Blocked and sore ears. Neck and lower back pain. Chesty cough with difficulty breathing sometimes until cleared. Slight dizziness when walking and loss of appetite. I am travelling through Thailand.

You may be suffering from Viral illness. For symptomatic relief you may take 1. Tab Paracetamol 650 mg three times daily for 2 days 2. Tab Levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily for 2 days 3. Plenty of fluids. Keep yourself well hydrated. 4. Warm Saline Gargles. In case the fever persists, or the symptoms worsen, you may have to undergo some Investigations like blood count, chest x Ray , etc. But do not ignore the symptoms. P
