Floaters became visible dry eyes
I had prk last year now suddenly my floaters became visible and i feel little uncomfortable with my dry eyes and eyelids i had retinal holes treated long back and my eyepower before surgery was -8 and -9

Its very common for myopes to have floaters problem. Sudden increase in floaters requires fundus examination by a retina specialist.
For dry eye you can use eye drop systane ultra or hyla pf eye drop or optive eye drop
