Floaters and flashes
Sometimes the patient sees thread like structures floating in the eyes accompanied by flashes in the corner of the eyes. Is this dangerous?

Hello Symptoms are suggestive of floaters These are benign and don't need treatment Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get retina examined

Floaters are usually nonpathological.please learn to omit them. However please get your fundus examination done and if your retina is ok then you need not to worry.

Floaters are common but flashes are not very common though they might be idiopathic
