I have been witnessing floaters and flashes been to the doctor but the doctor said the retina is alright no tear or a hole .I have been used to the floaters but the flashes are annoying when will it subside ...

The most important thing here is to get retina check up, which you have already done.
If retina is ok, then nothing to worry. Just ignore the floaters. Flashes might take a while, but you will get used to.
