Flat Breast Issue
I’m 25 (turning 26 soon). Since puberty, my breasts have remained almost completely flat. My periods are regular, but they’re usually very painful, and I often get diarrhoea during or around my periods. I’ve been underweight since childhood. I want to know if this could be due to a hormonal imbalance or any other medical condition. Should I get any hormone tests or other investigations done? Is there any treatment available if an underlying cause is found? I don’t want surgery I just want to understand the reason behind this and know if there’s any natural or medical way to improve it.
