Small flaky patch on nipple like a dot on left nipple i7s it normal? I also have a sharp pain yesterday on left side

Flaky patch means that there is some secretion from the nipple which has dried up. You can clean it with a wet towel and apply Aloe vera gel.
You should consult a Gynaecologist in your area for further management and clarification.
