Nipple Discharge

Asked for Female, 15 Years

Good day. I'm a 15 years old girl. I have a third nipple right on my nipple so it often mispotioned when I wear my bra. A few days ago I went hiking and my nipple felt very sore. Once I got home it released a clear liquid and I noticed that the color is changing to a bit yellowish now. I've had a bloody nipple discharge on the same third nipple a few years ago too. Please tell me am I in trouble?
