Fissuring on Prepuce

Asked for Male, 26 Years

As i slide prepuce back to expose Glans penis skin of prepuce is ruptured/fissured. when i stopped strtching back prepuce for 3 days the wound is healed but then got ruptured when i stretch back prepuce. even if i stretch it during normal state (no erection). when erected it is very difficult to stretch back prepuce. prepuce is stretched back while having sex but got ruptured. plz help me.
