Hello Dear, Fissures and piles need to be checked properly. The most common reason behind this problem is constipation. Hard stools commonly causes piles and fissures. If you have a tendency for hard stools, you need to solve it at first. That will automatically reduce your piles and fissures. Along with it, you can apply homeopathic Topi Aesculus cream twice a day after passing stools. This will also help heal any fissures.
