  3. Fissure pain. Fissure without surgery.

Fissure pain
I have pain during and after stool passing and also during the other times. I am on painkiller, laxative and antibiotics for 1 week. Doctor says if not cured then have to go for surgery. I really dont want any surgery. Is it possible to cure fissure without surgery.

fissure in ano has two stages ,Acute and Chronic .many acute cases can be completely cured by properly given medicines and few cases of chronic type can be cured by combination of Ayurvedic and Allopathy medicines. So reply back with details for further advice.
