Fissure,fistula, no urge to poop
I had been suffering from fissure from more than 1year recently i consulted doctor for pain in my anus which is not decreased after 1month during and after bowel moments So doctor saw and said you developed fistula due to fissure.every day i got hard stool if i sit in Indian toilet the pain is somewhat low and sit in western the pain is unbearable, no urge to poop or no  sensation to poop in the morning when i sit in toilet and put mind in that then only my poop comes out with some pressure otherwise i have no feeling or sensation to urge my bowel moment also decreased from 1 year. I had a habit of drinking 1litre water and went to poop during fissure time. before fissure i didn't had this habit every morning i wake up and went to poop with out drinking water but now even taking water there is no bowel urge from 1 year why is it happened and also put some pressure while poop.i had also gerd and hiatus hernia and taking ppi's now.please solve my queries.see the pics tell fistula or not?

Try to avoid constipation by using some laxative which would be helpful to soften the stools Also consult surgeon for once
