Which antibiotic I have to take for fissure yesterday while iam passing stool I got some blood today there is no blood but pain in anus .iam applying smuth cream but I don't know which antibiotic I have to take to stop blood and pain.kindly advise.

Do sitz bath. Antibiotics to be decided after brief discussion about the case and symptoms. If constipated - take cremaffin plus 10 ml at bed time. Take combiflam twice daily for pain
