Would like to know that whether the Indian fish like Catla have glycemic index? Can we eat the said fish without any fear! Does they cause any spikes in blood glucose levels? Kindly let know sir.

Should not fear about GI in fish, as they have negligible GI... But you should consume fish size less than 2 kg as they will not raise bad cholesterol. Less than 2 kg size, live ones are good for health.
