Not really they are good supplements, can be taken for a short while But alone they can’t prevent or treat acne

Vitamin A and Omega 3 are essential for body . These are given for supplementation and not as definite treatment. Given as supplement or immune builders  in management of certain diseases for certain period which will be decided after seeing the patient by clinician

It improves....however treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
