One fish bone is stuck in my finger under the skin, I cant see it or feel it if I touch it. There's no pain if I press it. I feel a little bit of pain when I fold my finger. What to do ?
Which doctor should I visit if surgery is needed ? Or is there any medicine to remove it without any surgery

Surgery is going to be very difficult because you can't see the piece of bone . It will not be seen in the X ray either. Since you don't have any major problems you should take a course of antibiotics and hope for the best.
There's no medicine to remove a fish bone stuck under the skin.If at all it is bothering you consult with an orthopedist. You need to confirm the presence of fish bone depending on the size either by plain x-ray or ultrasound.Removal could be straight forward if the location is superficial.
