I have noticed a tiny drop of blood along with white twice for my daughter 12 years and after 1 hr a tiny drop of blood.. After 12 hrs nothing seen. Does that mean she had her first period. Kindly help

Yes she might be having menarche, don’t worry during the starting times usually the bleeding is erratic.
