  4. Finger nail pain. Know what should i do?

Hi, I have a pain under right hand middle finger nail. Its been paining from 10 years. Some black spot is there under the nail. And sometimes total finger nerve is paining. And it is very painful if anythinf touched to it. It was not detected in MRI scan also. Please let me know what should i do ?
