This is quite common at your age. Do not be so upset. Make sure that you have plenty of fresh air, sunlight, and atleast around 8 hours of deep sleep. You should exercise daily.. either through a game, yoga or just a brisk walk. Cultivate good meaningful friendships. Avoid people who smoke and drink. Avoid becoming dependant on whatsapp and internet. Learn the art of Pranayama, and Yoga... you will soon come out of this problem. But if you still feel you need some kind of medical help, you may meet a Physician or even a Psychiatrist. Request for a blood test to check your thyroid profile, Hemoglobin, vitamin D & B12 levels. Any problem in these areas also could make you feel the way you are feeling. Take care

Hi, you have written very less about your concern to be able to understand clearly as to what you mean when you say you have been feeling fickle minded since 2 years, do not understand yourself and get marginalised.
Next Steps
You would benefit greatly from speaking at length with a psychologist who'll be able to understand your concerns and enable you to address them effectively so that you can enhance the quality of life and feel empowered.
