Recently I visited spine doctor for my prolonged left side lower neck above trapezius pain . Doctor did clinical examination and said I have fibromyalgia . I am breastfeeding mother so he could not prescribe much medicine. He gave me injection on trigger point .. I felt relief for few weeks and it started again now .. it's been so long .. how to live with this pain ? it effects my daily life . Please help

If you have only neck pain, there is no chance that you have fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia comes with whole body pain, upset stomach, headache and many more things. Most of the times fibromyalgia is misdiagnosed. U may likely have muscular pain. Have you ever checked your vitamin levels? If trigger point injection had helped you, you may get benefit from dry needling followed by physiotherapy. Visit nearby pain specialist. You will get answer.
