Fibroid in uterus
My cousin sister has been diagnosed with multiple fibroids.. One Submoucasal fibroid of 16x12 mm and other firboids of maximum of 4 cm. She is thinking of family planning. Her amh is 1.2 . But she is not able to concieve after one year. Sometimes she gets bleeding for 7 days and pain also during menses..Dr said infertility may be bcz of fibroid and amh also. How to increase amh value.. Are there any medicine for amh? She has taken letrozole also but to no success.

Fibroids will not  lead to infertility The poor AMH levels could be the reason There is no medicine to improve the AMH levels She should proceed with an IVF

Submucosal fibroid needs to be removed surgically..amh Is on lower side ...need to consult ivf specialist
