Infertility due to fibroids
Trying for more than a year for pregnancy..amh is 1.3 and fsh 5.8, Lh 2.33.. with lots of fibroids not able to conceive,.enclosed one follicular study report also ..took letrozole also but eggs are not forming, undergo follicular study only for one month, dr advised to undergo surgery for fibroid removal..can I conceive without surgery? Plz advise what to do
