Let me explain—when someone gets a fever, they usually turn to allopathic medicine first. These medicines suppress the fever immediately but do not eliminate the root cause.
On the other hand, Ayurvedic medicine works to expel the fever from the body. Initially, this may cause a slight rise in body temperature, but afterward, everything normalizes. However, Ayurvedic medicines should always be taken under the guidance of a qualified Vaidya with proper knowledge.
If you still feel feverish, you can practice Langhan (fasting) and drink warm water to support your body’s natural healing process.
