Let me explain—when someone gets a fever, they usually turn to allopathic medicine first. These medicines suppress the fever immediately but do not eliminate the root cause. On the other hand, Ayurvedic medicine works to expel the fever from the body. Initially, this may cause a slight rise in body temperature, but afterward, everything normalizes. However, Ayurvedic medicines should always be taken under the guidance of a qualified Vaidya with proper knowledge. If you still feel feverish, you can practice Langhan (fasting) and drink warm water to support your body’s natural healing process.

No need to take antibiotics on first day of fever, unless it’s a bacterial infection. Some kind of fevers are self limiting , will reduce with hydration, good rest also. Don’t go for frequent blood tests According to your symptoms looks like Vata and pitta dosha aggravated in your body, due to excessive stress, work , exercise, reduced sleep, fear, worries etc, causing weakness and feverish from inside.
Next Steps
Guduchyadi kashayam 10ml in water twice a day Sudarshan Vati 1 Bd You can take these medicines to improve immune system and to promote dosha balance

Your symptoms suggest post-viral fatigue, gut imbalance, or Vata-Pitta aggravation due to antibiotics. Ayurvedic Approach & Remedies 1. Herbal Support: Guduchi (Giloy) Churna (½ tsp with warm water twice daily) – Boosts immunity. Ashwagandha Churna (½ tsp with warm milk at night) – Reduces fatigue. Shatavari or Chyawanprash (1 tsp daily) – Strengthens recovery. 2. Diet & Lifestyle: Eat warm, light meals (khichdi, soups, ghee, buttermilk). Avoid cold, heavy, processed foods. Abhyanga (warm sesame oil massage) – Balances Vata & chills. Mild sun exposure & daily walking – Enhances metabolism. If symptoms persist, consider Panchakarma (Virechana or Basti) to eliminate residual toxins from antibiotics.
