Feverish but no fever
No known recent covid contact. Feeling feverish for 4-5 days but it shows 96-97 temperature. Feeling so lethargic and low on energy. Bit of sore throat, nothing major.  Taking pcm for last 2 days. After medicine it feels fine.. Confused whether actually fever is there or not. Pls help for next steps
