Fever without vomit and without diar
My son who is 10 .5 month old is having fever of 100.7f from today evening. No vomiting no loose motion. Please suggest if we need to take him to doctor ? He is taking breast milk. He is cranky. Should i give him mapthal p without showing to doctor?
