You can give repeat dose of same drug if it was vomited within 30 minutes. For vomiting ondansetron syrup can be given. If vomiting and fever is persisting u should consult pediatrician.

It is about the timing here for any medicine if the child vomited within half hour of taking the medicine you should repeat the dose or if the child vomited after half hour of taking the medication no need to repeat the dose. For vomiting use ondansetron 5ml followed by food half hour later As your child is suffering with fever and one episode of vomiting it could be a acute gastroenteritis also If the child having repeated vomitings and fever not subsided observe for signs of dehydration and consult a nearby paediatrician
