Tab 1-AL TOTAL once a day for 3-5 days
Tab Paracetamol 650 mg three times a day for 2 days and after that only when headache/fever is present
Warm saline gargle thrice a day
Steam inhalation thrice a day
Warm honey 2tsp twice a day
