You most probably have viral fever. Drink plenty of water. Steam inhalation will help relieve your irritation of nose. Do gargling with warm salt water.

You can also take the following tablets 1) Tablet DOLO 650mg thrice daily after food 2) Tablet LEVOCET 5mg just before sleep 3) Tablet CELIN 500mg once daily Wait for two days, if symptoms persist do consult your nearby doctor
