Betadine gargle add 1ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals.
Taxim o200 two times a day after food for five days.
Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days.
Montek lc one at night for five days.

What is your current diabetes and liver function test results and what meds you are taking? If sugar is high, infections take more time to heal.
How long you are having fever, cough, running nose?
Get a complete blood picture and blood sugar done.
Tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5 days.
Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab Combiflam one every 8hours for 3 days, after meals.
Do gargles with lukewarm water and few drops of listril mouth wash.
Steam inhalation with karvol capsule, 2 to 3 times daily.

Gargle with betadine solution. Of not then Luke warm water with salt.
Check your blood sugars levels. And in case fever persists and cough worsen, get an xray chest done, as diabetics are more prone to get pneumonia if not managed properly
