  4. Fever with cold and cough. Dds?

Fever with cold and cough
My son has got fever 103 with some cold and considerable cough. I have given piriton, Crocin till now. Crocin1 2.5 ML suspend 120. Should I start augmentin DDS? Actually he had fever 20 days back that time I have already given antibiotics. Please suggest. His weight is 12 kg and he is 3.5 years old

Fever is very high. Diagnosis is more important than giving random medicines. Please visit a pediatrician for physical check asap. Let the pediatrician decide what medicines are to be given
