Fever with chills for 6 days
I have had a 100+ fever for 6 days
Headache (mostly temple region and top of head) when in fever
Chills before the fever go away once the fever is down
No other issues: no cough, no cold, no body ache, nothing
Feel like I am absolutely fine once the fever comes below 99.5
Not feeling too weak, I can do all my work if the temperature is normal

Dengue : negative
Malaria negative
Tyhphi . negative
Peripheral smear: Normal
ESR : 36
CRP: 29.9
widal: negative
Chikungunya: negative
Urine routine: Normal

Taking 1000mg paracetamol every six hours still get a 102-103 fever with chills it comes down to 99-100 with medicine, and rises again in 6-7 hours Also taking Azithromycin 600 once a day multivitamins, and Pantop D-SR
