You can take paracetamol depending on the temperature, if less than 100 you can hold, instead do tepid sponging and proper hydration.

Paracetamol is to be taken maximum thrice a day at a gap of 8 hours only if you have fever. If that doesn't lower your fever take one tablet of Nise 100. While this will help your current condition it is important to understand what is causing you to have these symptoms. To eliminate the possibility of covid get an RT-PCR done. Consult me in case you would like to go through proper symptom analysis and medication.
