I am suffering from fever which I had taken medicine but still it comes in the evening glof around 101 with body ache and loss of appetite...by morning I am almost fine..

You are having fever from how long. Anyway evening rise temperatures are not good so better you go to ER in hospital and get investigation done. And have proper treatment.
