Hello, Hope your body weight is more than 40kgs. Please take Tab. Paracetamol (Calpol) 500mg four times a day after food for 2 days- 8am, 1pm, 5pm, 9pm- and from the third day, as required. (I.e., if you experience fever or body aches) I would suggest no antibiotics at this stage, as there is no evidence of any focus of infection in the body.
Health Tips
Take plenty of Oral fluids- Water, ORS, Lemonade, fresh fruit juices, Coconut water, buttermilk, Sagowater (Sabudana), etc. Avoid Carbonated drinks and cold drinks. Take nutritious diet at reasonable time. Have an adequate sleep. God bless. Get best soon.
