Fever since yesterday
Giving febrinil m syrup 3 times a day. After 8 hours fever is repeating. Please suggested me to solve problem.

Fever is bound to come again initially For 3 to 4 days. You can give paracetamol 6hourly. Or Give Syp.ibugesic plus 8 hourly. If fever is too high sponge the child with room temperature water to bring the fever down

Hi. Give paracetamol 6 hrly if fever. Viral fever will take 3-4 days to settle. Give healthy food and plenty of water to drink.
