My cousin has fever since 5 days and as soon he takes pain killers fever goes down after sometime it still comes back unable to do daily routine stuff due to this

Cap Vizylac 1 time per day for 3 days after food.
Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 days after food for strength and immunity.
