Fever since 5 days
My cousin has fever since 5 days and as soon he takes pain killers fever goes down after sometime it still comes back unable to do daily routine stuff due to this Attaching his blood reports Please help if it's something serious or not

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like fever for 5 day due to acute Viral infection. Nothing to be serious . ESR increase indicate that your cousin have some infection so he should take treatment  as follow as Cap Pantop d 1 time per day for 3 days before food. Tab Paracitamol 500 mg 2 time per day for 3 days after food for fever . Tab Taxim 200 mg 2 time per day for 3 days after food. Cap Vizylac 1 time per day for 3 days after food. Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 days after food for strength and immunity.

Reports not clearly visible.Need more history for further evaluation.do widal test and dengue NS1 antigen test if there is bodyache backache retroorbital pain .look for retroorbital pain by elevating eyebrows. Till that time drink lot of fluids maintain hydration. Drink ors fluids . And take Labor Er tablet twice a day.
