Fever returns even after medication

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Suffering from fever for past 4 days. Sometimes pain in joints and headache. Feels low energy. I am taking only paracetamol morning and evening 650 mg but fever returns after sometimes. Kindly suggest what to do?

Take plenty of fluids (ORS water). Eat healthy. Common Cold takes 4-5 days to completely cure. Take Paracetamol 650 three times. Also you're having weakness or asthenia. Avoid suddenly getting up from bed. Post-viral asthenia or weakness after fever is gone can be there for a week to a month. Time to get some investigations done too.
