Hi doc, my kid 4.5 yr got fever 3 days back, doc prescribed antibiotic and paracetamol still fever is there 99.8.
When it will come to normal?
Do i need to do covid test.there are no such other symptoms

If your kids general condition is good you wait 2 more days. After 5 days also still fever persists have to evaluate the reasons for fever, one of them is COVID test.
