Fever after antibiotics

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My baby is taking antibiotics for Urine Infection from Tuesday, sudden now he got 100.4F fever. What to do immediately to control his fever. Thanks in advance

For immediate control of fever, give paracetamol in appropriate dose as per weight..May i know which antibiotics is the child on? Also whether any urine culture was done to know the sensitivity of antibiotic?. Also was this the first episode of urinary tract infection..If the child is getting frequent episodes, firther imaging studies need to be done...
