Antibiotic for Fever
My baby is 2.7 years old 17Kg weight. She is having fever from last 2 days. We are giving crocin but fever is not coming down. Apart from this she is having mild running nose. I have Ziprax 50mg and Azee 100 mg at home. Please suggest if I can give any one of them or suggest any other suitable antibiotic. Please confirm the dosage also.

Majority of children are having viral infection right now.
In viral fever, fever will come back in every 6 hours and will be there for 3 days. If it continues after that, then may require antibiotics or blood reports depending on the problems.
Encourage more liquids like Ors, lemon water, coconut water and water to keep him hydrated and to decrease the fever intensity.
If after 3rd day, fever continues then do take a consult.
