You can take Vit C daily even during breast feeding. It is a water soluble Vitamin. So excess will be excreted from the body. It is safe for baby. Vitamin C is safe for breast fed babies.

No problem in taking Vit c and breastfeeding . But why you taking vitc..? If there is any indication take it.,otherwise stop it.

you can take it easily..a recommended level is 150mg but 500 will not cause any harm
