  4. Fever rashes. Any serious issue right?

Fever rashes
Since yesterday rashes have started all over the body. And there is fever as well. Vomited once today morning. Consulted physician and got the blood report as well which shows platelet count 3.6. shouldn't be any serious issue right?

This cam be chicken pox or measles. Since the platelet count is fine i would say to continue paracetamol and drink plenty of water.
