Fever post pilonidal surgery
I had surgery on 18th Jan post recovery I was put under negetive pressure wound therapy. Today it was removed and in the evening I have fever and body pain. What medicines would be better for reducing fever and body pain.

Post surgical fever is common. However since your condition is out of the window period, it could be an infection. For temporary relief, you may take paracetamol 500mg. Kindly consult a local physician.
