Anus itching after pilonidal surgery
I just had a pilonidal abscess surgery almost four weeks ago. The method was open wound surgery. It's still healing. Lately I've been experiencing burning sensation while pooping inside the rectum lining and itching on the anal after pooping. I feel hard skin anus  What could it be? Internal Hemorrhoids? Can it be cured at home? I'm worried!
