Pilonidal sinus
I have a pilonidal sinus since many years, i am getting a surgery done in next 2 months. Cannot get it removed now because I have my exams. It is extremely painful now. It is full of pus and not draining. What can I do temporarily to drain it? What medicine can I take to drain it?

Care AI Shimmer
You can reduce pain and discharge of PNS by washing the area on a daily basis with a mild soap, making sure all soap is removed, keeping the area completely dry, and avoiding sitting for long periods.+ antibiotics and anti anti inflammatory drugs.
