Fever not going down
My son is having high fever since yesterday. Despite giving him medication like meftal p and paracetamol 500 mg his fever is not going down for more tgan 4 hrs

It's possible in viral fevers to have such fevers. If the child is active, eating and drinking well, continue same. Otherwise do consult to provide proper treatment.
